Peppol e-invoice visualiser

Paste the e-invoice XML (UBL) and see it exactly as we show it to the recipient: the same preview they get in the e-mail about a received invoice and in the portal, including a PDF to download. The validator says whether the invoice is correct; the visualiser shows whether the data sits where a reader looks for it.

The document is used only for the preview; we do not store it.

The same renderer as on delivery

The very preview our access point attaches to every received e-invoice.

Complex lines become visible

Codes, delivery periods, descriptions and line notes appear under the item name, exactly as at the recipient.

Nothing stored

The document is processed in memory only and never stored.

Frequently asked questions about the preview

What exactly does the visualiser show?
The preview our access point creates for every received e-invoice: the document header, seller and buyer, the lines with their details, the VAT breakdown and the payment details; the PDF also carries a payment QR code when the document has an IBAN. The recipient gets the same preview in the e-mail (PDF and HTML) and sees it in the portal. The preview is in Slovak, as Slovak recipients see it.
Which line data appears under the item name?
The seller's item code (BT-155), the line delivery date or period (BT-134 and BT-135), the item description (BT-154), the line note (BT-127) and a price per base other than one unit. If a line has to carry a machine, a location, a period or meter readings, they belong in the item description or the line note, and the period in the line period; the visualiser shows whether the recipient will see them.
Will a recipient at another provider see the invoice the same way?
Not necessarily. The XML document is what counts legally; every provider and accounting program renders it in its own way. Our preview shows how recipients on Verteco see the invoice and is a good test of whether every piece of data sits in a readable place.
Do you store uploaded invoices?
No. The document is processed in memory only, never stored, and we do not log its content either. The answer is not cached anywhere.
