Found a cheaper comparable offer from anyone on the market? We do not just match it: your total yearly price with us will be 10 % LOWER than in the offer you present (calculated from the total yearly price at your real document volume; if the offer is free, you pay nothing with us). Just send the offer to peppol@verteco.digital. The guarantee applies for life, for the whole time you use the service, not only at registration. Verteco is therefore by construction the cheapest solution on the Slovak market: a cheaper offer against us cannot exist, because we always undercut it further. A comparable offer is a permanent public price of a certified provider for a standalone digital postman service with the same scope (volume and features). Time-limited promotions and prices conditional on buying another paid product (e.g. an accounting software licence) are not comparable.
Art. 1 · Subject of the guarantee
If you present us with a lower comparable offer (Art. 2), we lower your price below it: your total yearly price with us will be 10 % lower than in the offer presented (calculated from the total yearly price at your real document volume; with a free offer you pay zero). The guarantee applies for life, for the whole time you use the service, not only at registration. It is always a reduction of the price against a specific comparable offer. The guarantee is not a promise that our price list will never change: prices are not “locked forever”. The current prices are always stated in our public price list.
Art. 2 · Comparable offer
A comparable offer is a permanent public price of a certified provider for a standalone digital postman service with the same scope (volume and features). Time-limited promotions and prices conditional on buying another paid product (e.g. an accounting software licence) are not comparable.
Art. 3 · How to claim
- Write to peppol@verteco.digital and attach a link to the competing provider’s public price list (and, if you like, a dated screenshot) from which the lower price is evident.
- We assess the offer within 5 working days and let you know whether it meets the conditions of a comparable offer under Art. 2.
- If it does, we lower your price 10 % below the offer presented. The new price applies from the next monthly settlement (credit deduction).
Art. 4 · Exceptions
The guarantee does not apply to offers that do not meet the definition of a comparable offer under Art. 2, in particular:
- time-limited campaigns, promotions and introductory discounted prices,
- prices conditional on buying another paid product or service (for example a licence for accounting or invoicing software),
- non-public or individually negotiated prices that are not part of a permanent public price list,
- offers from entities that are not a certified delivery service provider,
- services with a different scope (volume or features) than the one you compare with us.
Art. 5 · Version and changes to the wording
This is wording v1.0 of the price guarantee, effective from 20 August 2026. Each wording has a version number and an effective date; any new wording will be published on this page with a new version number. A claim is assessed under the wording effective on the day it is received.
