Every contract available before you sign
Nothing “on request”: the full wording of every contract you can conclude with us is public even before the first contact. Study the terms in advance, and no surprise awaits you at signing. We prepare and maintain the documents in cooperation with a reputable law firm, and we handle individual tailored adjustments the same way (volume agreements, SLA parameters, DPA addenda): write to peppol@verteco.digital and our lawyer will prepare the draft amendment.

We conclude the DPA, SLA and NDA in the published wording; the [•] fields are filled in with identification details at signing. Each wording has a version number and an effective date, and on conclusion we also send it to you as a PDF attachment by e-mail, so you hold a verifiable copy of exactly the wording you accepted. We announce changes to the terms at least 30 days in advance with the right to leave without sanction; we make previous versions available on request at any time. Operational security: we are a certified provider of the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic (EFSK000031); ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification is under way with the accredited body SKQS, s. r. o., Žilina (SNAS accreditation), chosen in September 2026, and we plan the certificate by 1 July 2027. OpenPeppol requires it from all providers in the network from 1 October 2027; for now no one has to hold it.
