Technical consulting: paid, priced by scope

Standard support for the portal and our services is free (via Support in your account). A technical consultation is something different: our engineers work on your brief: connection architecture, migration, integration design, analysis of your system. This work is chargeable and the price is set according to scope, always by a quotation agreed in advance. Nothing is billed automatically.

Describe what you need and we will get back to you with a proposed scope and a binding quotation. The first reply with an estimate is free; the consultation itself is paid according to the agreed scope.

The first reply with a scope estimate is free and non-binding. We invoice only after you approve the quotation.
