Managed connection: we do it for you
No capacity to integrate via the API yourselves? Our engineers connect your system (SAP, another ERP, an e-shop or in-house software) to the Peppol network on a turnkey basis, as a one-off project priced by scope (formats, number of companies, connection method), which we propose after a short analysis. It includes analysis, implementation, testing in the sandbox and an assisted go-live.

How the connection works
- Analysis: we look at sample documents from your system, the number of companies (company IDs) and the way documents are created today.
- Mapping to UBL: we prepare the conversion of your output (XML, CSV, JSON or another structured format) into Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and validate it against the EN 16931 rules.
- Testing in the sandbox: you send and receive test invoices in the test network, with no impact on live operation.
- Launch: we switch to the live network and monitor the first documents together with you.
From you we need sample documents (they may be anonymised), a list of companies with company ID and tax ID, and a contact for the person who manages the output of your system. Price: quoted per project, we propose it after a short analysis. After launch you run on the standard price list.
