Intermediary registration application

A Slovak entity files the application from its logged-in account with at least one verified company (provider selection on the Financial Administration portal). That is how we know who filed it. An entity with its registered office in another EU member state ticks "Entity registered outside Slovakia" on the form and files without logging in. From the details you enter we generate the official form of the Financial Administration; once the yearly fee of €99 / year excluding VAT (€121.77 including VAT) is paid, we sign and file it.

Intermediary details

These are exactly the fields of the official FS form. Fill them in for the company that is to be registered as the intermediary; the rest (the provider details) is added by us.

Entity registered outside SlovakiaTick this if the applicant has its registered office in another EU member state. You then file the application without logging in, with your own registration number and European tax identification number (VAT ID); the list of countries contains EU member states only. A logged-in account without a verified Slovak company can file it the same way. A Slovak entity is verified by the provider selection on the Financial Administration portal, so it always files from a logged-in account with a verified company.

The application is filed by logged-in customers

So that the application can be unambiguously attributed to a real identity, filing is available only to a logged-in account with at least one verified company (provider selection on the Financial Administration portal, or the Verification Token). The Financial Administration sends an SMS to this number with the password to the file holding your webhook key (the FS form of 17 September 2026 lists it in the technical details too).

A public HTTPS address on your system that goes straight into the FS form. When a taxable entity chooses you as its postman on vpds.financnasprava.sk, the Financial Administration delivers a one-off notification of the selection to this address (a POST with the verification token). Your system forwards it to us and we verify the selection and activate the company. The endpoint must be reachable from the internet and answer HTTP 200; the exact technical contract (the FS payload format, the x-pds-secret signature header) is in the integration manual for the FS webhook, the wider context in the guide For SaaS and platforms.

Do not enter a Verteco address here: only the address of your own system belongs in the Financial Administration form. You will see the address of our endpoint, to which your system forwards the selections (with your key), in the postman console right after filing. If you have no system of your own to receive the selections, the intermediary registration is not for you: see the partner programme (a registration page with your tag and a commission, without a webhook of your own).

In the next step you see the summary and pay the yearly registration fee of €121.77 including VAT. We file the application only after the payment is received.

Registered office in another EU member state?

Tick "Entity registered outside Slovakia" on the form: you file the application without logging in (or from an account without a verified Slovak company), with your own registration number and European tax identification number (VAT ID); only EU member states can be selected. With a VAT ID verified in VIES the fee is excluding VAT (reverse charge). An entity outside the EU writes to us; we handle its registration individually.
