Intermediary registration application: foreign entity
This page is for companies with their registered office in another EU member state that want to offer Slovak clients e-invoicing under their own brand. You file the application without logging in: you state your registration number and your European tax identification number (VAT ID with the country code), pay the yearly fee of €99 / year excluding VAT (reverse charge for EU partners with a VAT ID verified in VIES; without a verifiable VAT ID €121.77 including VAT), and we arrange the entry in the list of intermediaries with the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic. An entity with its registered office outside the EU writes to us; we handle its registration individually.
Questions, and requests from outside the EU, are welcome at peppol@verteco.digital. The form filed with the Financial Administration is in Slovak; this page and the e-mails you receive are in English.
Contract documents to read in advance
Every wording the cooperation is governed by is public and was prepared with a reputable law firm. Read them before filing the application. If you need tailored changes, our lawyer prepares a draft (peppol@verteco.digital):
- Terms of Intermediation (binding for this application; the Slovak wording prevails)
- General Terms and Conditions
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Overview of all contracts and privacy policy
