PROLUC: invoice import and export
Verteco Peppol supports the PROLUC format in both directions: invoices that reach you through the Peppol network are downloaded as a file that PROLUC imports without retyping, and importing invoices issued in PROLUC into the portal is in preparation (send us a sample export). Amounts, VAT rates and document numbers are always taken exactly from the invoice; nothing is recalculated. Why e-invoicing is worth sorting out alongside PROLUC is explained on a separate page.
Verteco's price is public and the same for everyone (price list); fees for a module, licence or update of PROLUC are its vendor's fees agreed with the vendor.
1. Move invoices from the portal into PROLUC
Download received and issued invoices in bulk for a chosen period, or one at a time from the invoice detail.
- 1In the portal open Exports (left menu, address /dashboard/exports). Choose the company; if you like, narrow the period From date / To date and the direction (Received and sent, Received only, Sent only).
- 2In the Universal formats section click Download on the Original XML (.zip) tile. The file
peppol-doklady-xml.zipdownloads. - 3Unzip the file. It contains:
prijate/<číslo>.xml– received invoices and credit notes as the original Peppol BIS 3.0 (UBL XML), exactly as they passed through the Peppol network, one file per documentodoslane/<číslo>.xml– issued invoices and credit notes as the original Peppol BIS 3.0, one file per document
- 4In PROLUC open Režim importu súborov Peppol faktúr (the Peppol invoice file import mode): save the XML files into the folder PROLUC has set aside for the import of Peppol invoices and start the import. The vendor INFOPRO confirmed on 6 October 2026 that PROLUC imports invoices in Peppol BIS 3.0 format directly; the folder name and the exact menu path are given in the INFOPRO guide in your installation. Joint testing on real documents is under way. Source: vendor documentation ↗
- 5If a document is missing, look into
_preskocene.txt: every omitted document has its reason there (see What the format cannot carry). Nothing is left out silently.
One invoice: in the invoice detail, section Accounting data, use Export this document to… and pick PROLUC. A selection: tick documents in the invoice list, choose PROLUC in the Accounting software field of the bar below the list and click Download.
What to know before the first import
- PROLUC reads the original Peppol BIS 3.0 (UBL XML) from our Original XML export directly; no format conversion is needed.
- An alternative for installations without the Peppol invoice import: the PROLUC export (proluc.csv, document headers in Windows-1250 encoding) for the Import z iných softvérov add-on of the PROLFA module (PROLFA → Spracovanie → X-Špeciálne funkcie → Doklady z externých zdrojov); INFOPRO supplies a conversion table for it.
- Loading invoices issued in PROLUC into the portal for sending is in preparation; you can send from the portal (form, XLSX following the template, or UBL XML).
2. Send invoices issued in PROLUC through Peppol
Importing invoices issued in PROLUC into the portal is in preparation. Send us a sample export from the program through Support or to peppol@verteco.digital and we will add the format. Until then you can issue invoices directly in the portal (form, .xlsx or CSV following our template).
3. What the format cannot carry
The export never guesses values that the PROLUC format has nowhere to store. Such a document is listed in _preskocene.txt with the reason and stays available in the portal as PDF and original XML.
- a document whose content has already been deleted under the retention setting (14 days after delivery without the Data archive)
Something off during the import?
Send us the message from PROLUC and the file you imported, through Support in the portal or to peppol@verteco.digital. We will fine-tune the format. You can try the whole procedure without risk in the test environment.
